Base pay range
$55,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

Position Overview : The primary function of this position is to perform technical plan reviews on construction plans for the built environment, including design, specifications, and technical information of commercial and residential construction plans (architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, accessibility, etc.). The role involves documenting deficiencies to ensure compliance with statewide adopted codes and local ordinances.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Review construction plans, technical information, and supporting documents, applying applicable construction codes.
- Communicate code deficiencies clearly through written documentation.
- Manage and prioritize assigned plan review caseloads to meet deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements :
We seek experienced plan reviewers or on-site fire and building inspectors with :
Or, college training in Architecture, Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Construction Technology.
