Job Summary :

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical documentation support and evaluate concessions and non-conforming parts in our manufacturing facility. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to perform data analysis to identify root causes and improve manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical documentation support for manufacturing processes.

Evaluate and analyze concessions and non-conforming parts to determine corrective actions.

Perform data analysis to identify root causes of issues and implement process improvements.

Support shop floor operations and manufacturing activities.

Read and interpret manufacturing prints, ensuring compliance with design standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product engineering and manufacturing efficiency.

Required Qualifications :

Manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and non-conforming parts.

Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of design for manufacturing concepts.

Hands-on experience in a shop / manufacturing environment.

Ability to read and interpret manufacturing prints.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications :

B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

1 or more years of relevant work experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer.

Experience with SAP.

Experience creating and updating technical documents and reports.

Understanding of product engineering concepts and manufacturing processes.
