We’re looking for a charismatic, outgoing, and self-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help share our mission through engaging, community-focused marketing.

Position Overview :

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage clients, and support our veterinary teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with a natural flair for communication, a love for connecting with people, and an eye for creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and print.

Create engaging content (graphics, posts, stories, and short videos) that highlight our clinics, teams, and community impact.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Assist with website updates, newsletters, and tracking campaign analytics.

Coordinate local events, sponsorships, and community partnerships.

Build relationships with clinic teams to capture authentic stories and photos for marketing use.

Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and performance metrics.

Qualifications :

1–2 years of marketing, communications, or related field experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).

Outgoing and self-driven with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, ).

Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

A genuine passion for animals and interest in the veterinary or pet care industry is a plus!
