- Performingbasic office tasks including answering phones responding to emailsprocessing mail filing etc.
- Maintaining adatabase ensuring that records are complete andcurrent.
- Recording information processing andfiling forms.
- Preparing checks deposits budgetsand financial reports.
- Updating ledgersresearching and resolvingdiscrepancies.
- Abiding by all companyprocedures and accountingprinciples.
- Responding appropriately to avendor client and internal requests.
- EnsuringAccounting Department runs smoothly andefficiently.
Accounting ClerkRequirements :
- High School diploma isrequired more education and experience is generallypreferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge ofaccounting procedures and principles.
