Director, Erp Transformation
The Director, ERP Transformation is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the internal Financial Information Systems and Applications used across the Mohegan enterprise. They will play a key management role in the delivery of major Corporate Finance programs and strategic initiatives that are critical to the delivery of Mohegan strategy. The role requires the ability to establish, drive and deliver major transformational initiatives from conception through to post-implementation review that is well-managed, on budget and on time. The role will work closely with senior process owners to create communications, manage the change process and oversee ERP implementation for both owned and participating managed properties.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to :
- Work with the Finance Transformation, Property Finance, and Corporate Finance teams to define, plan, & deliver key initiatives
- Is the ambassador of change for new ERP solution across the enterprise
- Build, lead & inspire cross-functional initiative teams comprised of different team members from corporate and property, finance, business & external resources to deliver strategic initiative projects
- Support business leaders in implementing change strategies and communication plans
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between Finance, Information Technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects
- Evaluate optimal approach to identified needs and projects, liaising with consultants as needed, and appropriate level of internal production versus outsourced vendors
- Ensures IT alignment on system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, FINs technology, and ERP applications
- Manage stakeholder relationships and 3rd party partner performance
- Manages permissions, access, and similar system operations and settings for FINs services users
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- Monitor and report on initiative status and team performance
- Identify value-add opportunities, innovate, and deliver valuable program / project insight to business partners and stakeholders
Minimum Education and Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field required7+ years' experience in leading large scale finance transformation projects7+ years' experience in leadership role within gaming and hospitality industryExperience in technology implementations, shared services implementations and continuous improvement initiatives requiredExperience in delivery of projects using waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologiesPMP certification requiredChange management certification preferredCompetencies : Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position :
