About The Position

dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a

full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding primary care

team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will provide evidence-based care to a

diverse patient population with an emphasis on prevention, chronic disease

management, and whole-person health. You will practice in a collaborative

environment alongside a dedicated Whole Health Coach and a supportive clinical

team, with a model designed to prioritize quality of care over volume.

Position Highlights :

Patient Panel : 10–15

patients per day — time to focus on what matters

Schedule : Monday–Friday,

with occasional regional after-hours coverage rotation

Model of Care : Medical Home

model with onsite lab and pharmacy for convenience

Compensation & Benefits :

Compensation : $140,000+

annual salary with annual performance reviews

Requirements :

Board-certified NP with a

background in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care

Active and unrestricted

Virginia license and DEA

3–5 years of primary care

experience

2+ years in case management

or population health preferred

Familiarity with EMR systems

(NextGen preferred) and Medicare Advantage / HCC documentation
