RECRUITER I
To seek out exceptional talent in the Park City, Kansas area as well with positions across North American Aerospace division.
You will join a fast-paced HR organization and become part of the recruitment team to talent scout for a growing and well-established large multinational company.
This is a wonderful opportunity to initially recruit and expand on growing a talented team for your internal clients, with the opportunity to expand your responsibilities and grow your HR career over time.
Your duties will include end-to-end recruitment, selection, candidate negotiation, onboarding, compliance, personnel records management, procedure administration and HR special projects.
- Develop & implement recruiting strategies designed to identify & hire exceptionally qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting tools & techniques.
- Set hiring goals, track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill.
- Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)
- Oversee internal & external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and social media)
- Communicate & negotiate wage rates & other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
- Complete necessary pre & post offer employment processes including reference checks, assessment tools, background / drug tests, new hire paperwork processing, & employee orientations
- Work with Hiring Managers & key stakeholders across NA to create diverse talent pools that meet current & future business needs.
- Work with fellow Recruiters & HR Professionals by sharing and implementing recruitment best practices and processes.
- Organize hiring events & participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.
- Maintain relationships with local colleges & industry contacts to gain industry knowledge and talent referrals.
- In conjunction with the HR Manager, work special assignments & projects that support the human resources team and organizational strategy.

Your profile
Minimum Requirements :
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years of related experience as a Recruiter or as a Human Resources Coordinator, or the equivalent combination of education & work experience.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills; ability to influence others and ability to keep information confidential.
- Solid knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
- Experience working and navigating through popular ATS systems, LinkedIn, Indeed and similar recruitment platforms and websites, required.
- Strong computer skills, including working in Microsoft, HRIS, and ATS software
- Meets expected employee attributes, functional competencies, and company values.
Preferred Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Professional HR or Recruiter certification / designation
- HR or Employee Relations experience
