Program Facilitation Manager

A company is looking for a Program Facilitation Manager for STEM Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, vet, and hire course facilitators and subject matter experts

Manage and support facilitators and provide input on scheduling and assignments

Analyze program performance data to inform improvements and guide decision-making

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in relevant field(s) and 3+ years of relevant professional experience

Experience in managing others in online education or professional development

Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau; experience with SQL or Python preferred

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to motivate and engage team members
