IT Senior Technical Specialist

A company is looking for an IT Sr. Technical Specialist to drive Discovery, Design, and Solution development for their Specimen Tracking Problem Management System.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and support the LIMS Problem Management System for multiple lines of business

Gather and document requirements, set workflow direction, and deploy laboratory LIMS solutions

Coordinate risk assessments and manage change for new disciplines migrating to the LIMS

Required Qualifications :

7+ years' experience in a medical laboratory environment

5+ years' experience deploying laboratory information systems (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical work experience

3+ years working as an IT Business Analyst defining and documenting Business Requirements and workflows

Able to provide 24 / 7 product support on a rotating basis
