Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of clients and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and quotas
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Farmers Insurance products and services
• Handle policy renewals, adjustments, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Ensure all applications, paperwork, and documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
