Schedule :
- Monday : 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM
- Tuesday : 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM
- Wednesday : Off
- Thursday : 7 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM
- Friday : 7 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Compensation : $48 - $55 hourly
Responsibilities :
Collaborate closely with our dentists to accurately diagnose and provide personalized care for each patientChoose appropriate materials and tools for dental cleanings based on individual oral health assessmentsPerform thorough dental cleanings by removing deposits and stains on teeth and below the gum lineIdentify potential oral diseases through oral cancer screenings, gum examinations, and radiographic studiesHalt tooth decay by administering fluoride treatments and other preventive measuresDemonstrate a strong commitment to proactive patient-centered careWork effectively within a team, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skillsExecute all necessary clinical procedures, including cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and fluoride applicationsApproach tasks with a positive and problem-solving attitudeShow empathy and compassion towards patientsQualifications :
Current dental hygienist license in Minnesota or Wisconsin, and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygieneSoon to graduate from dental hygiene schoolExperience with childrenPassionate about making a difference in the life of a childLikes to have fun and enjoys teamworkSolid working knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and practicesCPR certifiedGood computer skillsExcellent communication and people skillsAttention to detailWell-organized and reliableExperience working with teamsIf you believe that doing things with care makes a big difference, you belong on our team!
