Looking for afternoons / evening.  Open to hiring part-time employee with guaranteed hours or Pay Per Visit or Contractor / PRN

Three ways to join our team :

1.  A Part-time Employee with a guaranteed hourly rate.  For a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position the hourly rate is based on years of experience and ranges from $33-$41 / hour - hours are Guaranteed and it is W-2 position. Must work at least 20 hours / week to get benefits.

2.  Pay Per Visit (PPV) - this is a W2 position with a higher hourly rate than the guaranteed hourly position, but you are only paid when you are with a patient.  Comes with benefits if at least 20 hours / week.

3.  Contractor / PRN which is a 1099 position and is paid at $30-$40 / 30 minute session and $80 / evaluations.  No benefits.

CCC-SLP with 1 year of Pediatric Experience (can be during your CFY or Graduate internships)

MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language pathologist  (see requirements below)

Schedule :  Flexible on times and days between 2 : 00pm and 7 : 00pm.
