Energy Manager

A company is looking for an Energy Manager to support program development and execution in energy efficiency projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute technical assistance program solicitations and offerings

Manage projects from initiation to completion, including scope, schedule, and budgets

Mentor staff and manage relationships with key stakeholders and contractors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

7-15 years of experience in energy efficiency program development and execution

Experience in project management and people management

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis

Experience with commercial, industrial, institutional, and / or multifamily markets
