Operations and Communications Specialist, Center on Poverty & Inequality – Georgetown University
Georgetown University’s Center on Poverty & Inequality (GCPI) conducts research to generate policy solutions that improve the lives of people experiencing poverty in the United States. The Center collaborates with government and movement leaders to provide timely, evidence-based ideas to impact decision-making, increase economic well-being, and advance racial and gender equity.
Duties
The Operations and Communications Specialist helps manage the daily operation of GCPI, primarily in operations, communications, finance, purchasing, and support services. Additional duties include, but are not limited to :
Work Interactions
This position reports to the Deputy Executive Director. The incumbent will work closely with the Executive Director and the Center’s research and policy team. This position does not supervise students or staff.
Requirements And Qualifications
Work Mode Designation

Pay Range
The projected salary range is $21.16 – $35.29 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s needs and external factors.
