Job Description

Onsite daily - first job in Warwick RI. Upcoming work in CT, RI, and Western MA. Overseeing the full scope of the physical construction of the project. Leading a team of 6-7 supers. Safety, QA / QC, Subcontractor Management, Document Control, Schedule, Relationship Management & Project Management. Supervision of day-to-day work in the field. Turning out high-quality work in the largest possible quantities for the lowest possible cost in the shortest possible time. Planning in advance and ensuring the flow of personnel and materials will be available. Managing and developing assistant super & other junior staff.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of Superintendent experience. Good tenure with reputable firms. Must have run numerous Wood Frame Multifamily projects $30M+ (as Lead Super). MA CSL, OSHA.
