Technical Skills :
- Hands-on experience using Java and Python
- Spring boot / Spring MVC experience, Kafka
- Multithreading concepts and experience.
- Integration experience using Web Methods & other industry leading tools, Dell Boomi.
- Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and maintain system solutions.
- Migration Lifecycle from WFC (Kronos) to Dimensions
- Experience with SaaS solutions integration, security, network, platform architecture
- Migration from WFC (Kronos) to Dimensions is a must
- Experience working as hands-on technical lead :
- Providing technical and functional solutions around WFC / Dimensions ecosystems.
- Experience with SaaS solutions integration, security, network, platform architecture.
- Practical knowledge related to Business principles (Payroll, General Ledger, Accounting).
- Experience working on various modules of Kronos and Dimensions (Attestation, Analytics, Accruals, Extensions etc.)
- Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and maintain system solutions.
