This unique hybrid position bridges the gap between service and sales, helping customers explore vehicle upgrade options while theyre in for service.

Responsibilities :

• Proactively engage service customers in the dealerships service drive to discuss potential vehicle upgrade opportunities.
• Review customers vehicle history, equity position, and current incentives to present tailored trade-in or purchase options.
• Ensure a seamless sales process when a customer is interested in upgrading.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor service appointments and identify high-value opportunities based on vehicle age, mileage, and condition.
• Collaborate with service advisors, sales consultants, and managers to maximize conversion rates.
• Stay informed about current inventory, manufacturer programs, lease specials, and financing offers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism, product knowledge, and follow-through.
