We’re looking for cooks with strong skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating thoughtful, seasonal dishes made from quality ingredients. Some weekend morning hours available,

Responsibilities

Execute dinner service with accuracy, urgency, and care

Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked

Complete prep efficiently and maintain par levels

Help with expediting and keep service running smoothly

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Communicate clearly and work as part of a respectful team

Qualifications

2+ years of professional kitchen experience

Strong prep and line skills

Comfortable managing inventory and pars

Calm, focused, and reliable under pressure

Team-oriented and dependable

Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts
