This firm has built a strong reputation for precision, collaboration, and exceeding client expectations — and they're looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their tight-knit team.

Technology & Tools : Procore, PlanSwift, Microsoft Project / SureTrack, and Bluebeam.

The Role

As a Superintendent , you'll be the on-site leader, responsible for driving safety, quality, and schedule execution for multiple commercial projects. You'll work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful delivery from mobilization to closeout.

Qualifications

Required Experience :

Technical Skills : Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project / SureTrack experience preferred.

Soft Skills : Strong leadership presence, excellent communication, and the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Other : Deep understanding of construction means / methods, sequencing, and safety compliance.
