Job description

I am looking to hire a full-time Operations Supervisor (Nights) for a reputable manufacturing company here in Kenosha, WI (53142). This role will be direct hire (perm) and is looking to interview / start immediately!

Pay : $85k - $90k & Benefits

Benefits : Health, Vision, Dental, 401k available, PTO, Holidays

Schedule : 6pm – 6am, 2-2-3 with rotating weekends off

Remote : No, 100% onsite

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for leading team members to complete objectives
  • Train and coach team members
  • Lead continuous improvement projects
  • Develop flexible production plans, managing personnel workflow
  • Maintain work flow, implementing cost reductions
  • Maintain safe work environment
  • Leads / supports assigned teams in continuous improvement projects
  • Perform administrative tasks such as vacation / payroll
  • Provide leadership to packaging, line maintenance, materials handling and processing

Must Have :

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years of leadership experience within manufacturing setting (Food & Bev)
  • Operations and Production experience
  • Union experience (preferred)
