What This Job Involves

As a Services Coordinator at JLL, you'll serve as the vital link between our clients and service delivery teams, ensuring seamless coordination of facility management operations. You'll be responsible for managing on-site vendors, documentation and maintaining clear communication channels that keep our properties running smoothly for the lab instrumentation, maintenance and repair team. This role puts you at the heart of our collaborative culture, where you'll work closely with vendors, technicians, and client teams to deliver exceptional service experiences.

What Is The Day To Day?

Escort external vendor providers in a safe and compliant manner to assigned labs.

Partner closely with the stakeholders (vendor, end users, planning & scheduling, instrumentation) to ensure vendor visits are executed as planned.

Collaborate with equipment owners, planning & scheduling and metrology to ensure timely pick up, shipment and receipt of instruments.

Ensure timely receipt and review of the necessary documents from vendor (maintenance service reports and quote).

Communicate with vendor, procurement and finance to address any financial issues.

Collaborate with instrumentation as needed to review the vendor service documents and close the respective work orders.

Able to document all activities clearly and concisely in a computer maintenance management system (e.g. SAP).

Utilize computer maintenance management system to manage work order queue.

Identify gaps for improvement.

Required Qualifications :

  • Motivated to learn!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software systems
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone manner
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Basic knowledge of cGMP is a plus
  • Previous experience working with a pharmaceutical or cGMP facility
  • Familiarity with SAP CMMS

    Estimated Total Compensation For This Position :

    56,160.00 66,560.00 USD per year

    The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
