We are looking for a dedicated Medical Scheduler to join our team on a part-time basis in Mahopac, New York. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and scheduling operations. Responsibilities :

Monitor group text communication channels to address scheduling changes and evolving priorities in real-time.

Utilize tools like Outlook and Pipedrive to organize schedules, meetings, and task assignments effectively.

Act as the central point of communication for internal teams, ensuring alignment with schedule updates.

Make adjustments to schedules promptly to accommodate shifting priorities and demands.

Maintain accurate records of schedules and updates to ensure seamless operations.

Coordinate with team members to ensure availability and proper scheduling.

Support internal communication by relaying updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.

Assist in streamlining scheduling processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Provide timely updates and reports on scheduling activities as needed.

Requirements :

Proven experience in scheduling or coordination roles, preferably in a medical or administrative setting.

Strong proficiency with tools such as Outlook and Pipedrive.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.

Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.

Familiarity with group text communication platforms is a plus.

Availability to work part-time hours, Monday through Friday.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
