Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in technical support or IT systems role within a retail or multi-site business environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Windows system administration, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint
Strong networking knowledge with Aruba equipment
Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize critical issues
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish, verbal and written
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with eCommerce platforms or integrations
Retail or grocery technology experience
Familiarity with POS systems and related integrations
