• Operate multiple types of production machinery safely and consistently.
• Perform assembly and pack-out tasks to meet daily production requirements.
• Verify part accuracy through visual checks and manual inspection techniques.
• Log production data (good units, scrap, and supporting details) to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Keep your cell / workstation clean, orderly, and safe.
• Support teammates and pitch in on related tasks to reach team goals.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Work setting

Manufacturing environment with active production lines and standard safety practices.

Physical demands

Regular use of hands / fingers to handle parts, tools, and controls; frequent reaching. Requires sustained visual attention and movement throughout the plant. Ability to lift and / or move up to 40 pounds. Expect regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and similar physical activities.
