Required background
High School diploma or equivalent.Skills that set you up for success
Procedure-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.Working knowledge of IATF 16949 quality principles.Hand–eye coordination and dexterity for assembly, packing, gripping, and equipment operation.Professional communication with peers, leads, and other departments.Comfort with basic data entry and visual touchscreen (HMI) interfaces.Everyday math for counts, measurements, and process-related calculations.Team-oriented approach and the ability to work well with others.Work setting
Manufacturing environment with active production lines and standard safety practices.
Physical demands
Regular use of hands / fingers to handle parts, tools, and controls; frequent reaching. Requires sustained visual attention and movement throughout the plant. Ability to lift and / or move up to 40 pounds. Expect regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and similar physical activities.
