Cashier

The Role at a glance :

We are looking to add a friendly, enthusiastic cashier to our Dining & Events team at the New York Botanical Gardens in the Bronx, NY.

As a cashier with Constellation, you will have the opportunity to interact with a plethora of different customers and help ensure that their foodservice experience is as positive as possible.

Compensation is $17 an hour.

What you'll be doing :

• Filling orders, receiving money, accurately counting back change and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Customer service.
• This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

What we're looking for :

Must-haves :

• Basic knowledge of math and handling money.
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.
• Have excellent communication and organization skills.
• Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge.

Nice-to-haves :

Prior experience providing superior customer service.
