A day in the life. As our Account Manager on the Personal Lines team, you'll be responsible for the growth and management of private client accounts by meeting monthly and annual production goals. You will be a mentor to associates on your team and serve as an advisor and consultant to our client. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the marketplace, along with building and maintaining strong relationships with our insurance carrier partners. Successful candidates will have :

• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Self-starter with demonstrated resourcefulness
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $51,800 to $92,200. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
