Position Summary : Responsible for the region's overall sales activities to ensure volume, margin and profit objectives are met. Directs the region's sales efforts by managing and coordinating related activities with District Sales Managers (DSM). Responsible for overall sales personnel hiring, training, development, evaluation and retention in the region. Responsible for overall sales budget and sales expense control of region. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
