Salary : 70k - 90k DOE
The Technical Field Sales Representative is a driven hunter responsible for acquiring and developing new mid-market and enterprise clients across IT hardware, software, professional services, and managed services.
Youll build relationships, identify client challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that drive business outcomes. This role involves regular local travel to meet clients in person and foster long-term trust.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development
- Identify and engage new mid-market and enterprise prospects.
- Build a strong, consistent pipeline through outreach, renewals, and referrals.
- Pursue new logo accounts to expand CR-Ts market presence.
Client Engagement
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospects and clients.Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close with accurate CRM documentation (ConnectWise).Represent CR-T at industry events and partner programs.Solution Expertise
Provide consultative guidance on IT infrastructure, software, and services.Collaborate with engineers and solution architects to design tailored strategies.Stay current on CR-Ts offerings and evolving technology trends.Account Growth
Cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients.Maintain high client satisfaction and retention.Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals.Qualifications
Proven track record acquiring new mid-market or enterprise clients.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software, and managed services.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.3+ years of B2B technical sales or consulting experience (IT solutions preferred).Bachelors degree preferred, vendor sales certifications a plus.Why Youll Love Working at CR-T
