BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist Lead to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Winter Haven !

Facility : BayCare Behavioral Health

Location : Winter Haven, FL

Status : Full-Time, Exempt : Yes

Shift Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Weekend Work : None

On Call : None

The Behavioral Health Therapist Lead is responsible for :

Providing direct clinical services to individuals to include assessment, individual, group and family counseling.

Performing crisis support and other clinical services as needed.

Overseeing the clinical work of clinical team members as assigned.

Reviewing clinical documentation to ensure adherence to Quality and Regulatory standards.

Acting as a designee for BH Program Supervisor / Manager when not present.

Travel to various sites as required by specific program. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Certification / License :

BLS (Basic Life Support)

Driver's License

LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Required

Required Education :

• Master's in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Health Education, Human Services, or Related Field

Required Experience :

3 Years Behavioral Health - required

1 year experience with site specific programs & facilities - preferred
