About the Role :
As an Account Executive at Veseris, you’ll manage a $5M+ territory and serve as a trusted advisor to customers across the turf, pest control, and horticulture industries. Your primary goal is to build profitable, long-term customer partnerships by understanding their business needs and providing consultative solutions from our extensive product and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key customers and prospects
- Uncover customer needs and present tailored product / service solutions
- Manage multi-location accounts and develop strategic territory sales plans
- Achieve or exceed sales goals through focused prospecting and account growth
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, credit) to support customer success
- Accurately track customer activity and opportunities using CRM and sales tools
- Represent Veseris at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites
Requirements
What You Bring
10+ years of sales experience, including territory management and complex accountsStrong communication, active listening, and consultative selling skillsProven ability to grow business and maintain long-term customer relationshipsExperience in the pest, horticulture, or related industries preferredComfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting toolsBachelor’s degree preferredWhy Veseris
