Job description
A company is looking for a Manager / Director / VP of Biomarkers (Omics & Bioinformatics).
Key Responsibilities
Define the biomarker roadmap across various omics with precision and repeatability
Source and negotiate partnerships with labs and platforms, ensuring compliance and quality standards
Translate biomarker signals into metrics that enhance customer experiences and inform protocols
Required Qualifications
PhD or MS in bioinformatics, computational biology, systems biology, data science, or related field
6-10+ years of experience in managing multi-omics projects
Proficiency in Python / R, SQL, and data processing tools
Familiarity with CLIA / CAP regulations and HIPAA compliance
Experience with large clinical datasets and consumer-facing biomarker systems
