We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VRF / Refrigerant Piping and Duct Superintendent to lead our field teams. This position plays a critical role in overseeing all phases of VRF and refrigerant piping installation, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. While experience with sheet metal systems is valuable, this role prioritizes strong expertise in refrigerant piping, VRF systems, and mechanical coordination .

Responsibilities :
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, submittals, and safety documents.
- Create Next Day Plans (NDPs) and Next Week Plans (NWPs)
- Lead and coordinate refrigerant piping and VRF installation activities , ensuring alignment with design and performance standards.
- Oversee sheet metal work as part of the overall HVAC system integration.
- Assemble procurement orders for materials, equipment, and tools needed at project commencement.
- Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules, considering equipment capacities and personnel capabilities.
- Evaluate the abilities of foremen and workers to ensure optimal job placement and performance.
- Study schedules and estimate man-hour requirements for project completion.
- Analyze and resolve work problems efficiently and proactively.
- Maintain accurate time records and assist in cost estimating for contracts when needed.
- Interpret company policies to workers and enforce all safety regulations.
- Conduct timely performance appraisals and support teammate development.
- Follow HR procedures for hiring, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
- Determine project needs in collaboration with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
- Set and track deadlines, reporting progress regularly.
- Manage equipment and material orders to maintain workflow.
- Provide constructive feedback to subcontractors and ensure work quality.
- Handle job site emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively.
Requirements :
Strong background in refrigerant piping and VRF systems with additional experience in sheet metal work.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Proficient in material takeoffs, scheduling, and manpower planning.Supervisory experience managing 5–20+ team members.Bilingual preferred but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel , including creating reports, tracking schedules, documenting job progress, and managing material logs.Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and professionalism.Demonstrated willingness to learn from others and share knowledge.Leadership mindset focused on collaboration, accountability, and mentorship.Salary & Benefits :
