Kelly Wearstler is seeking talented, detail-oriented, and self-motivated FF&E Interior Designers at both the Mid and Senior levels to join our award-winning studio. Our projects span luxury hospitality, private residential estates, and high-end restaurants, and we’re looking for individuals who bring a refined aesthetic, strong technical skills, and an intuitive understanding of materiality and form.

Key Responsibilities – All Levels

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, architects, contractors, artisans, and vendors to develop and execute exceptional designs.
• Source and specify materials, custom furnishings, finishes, and lighting.
• Create graphic and visual presentations, mood boards, and FF&E documentation.
• Support project timelines and maintain budget adherence.
• Participate in all phases of the design process including concept, schematic, design development, construction documentation, procurement, and installation.
• Assist in the creation of specification books, schedules, and support construction administration tasks including submittals, RFIs, ASIs / IDSKs, and consultant coordination.
