Project Engineer - Heavy Civil Construction

Founded in March 2021 by experienced professionals with over 40 years of collective experience, GSW Construction specializes in a variety of projects, including mass excavations and aviation fuel line installation. Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support our Project Managers and team in the field. This role is critical to the success of our upcoming projects in the Bay Area and surrounding regions. Responsibilities include estimating, procurement, report preparation, subcontracts, submittals, and overall project support. Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in Project Management, Project Engineering, and Project Planning
• Strong communication abilities
• Background in Electrical Engineering
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Capability to work independently and effectively on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in heavy civil construction is advantageous

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

Education :

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Industry Expertise :

1-5 years of experience in the construction industry along with comparable technical training.

Job Type : Full-time

Benefits : Competitive salary, health and dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and travel flexibility required.

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$140,000.
