Job Summary and Responsibilities

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an experiened Nurse Practitioner to join an existing Primary Care Clinic. This is a well-rounded practice , with a very good growth opportunity and is conveniently located in the St. Clare Outpatient Center in Lakewood, WA, just south of Tacoma. Candidates should be collegial team players with good patient and customer service skills.

Competitive compensation model and comprehensive benefits which include health, dental, vision, full malpractice coverage, CME, personal time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Relocation Assistance and Starting Bonus are available.

Compensation range of $130,098 - $177,766 is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Requirements

Education :

ARNP Degree

Experience :

• One year of previous APP experience in primary care, urgent care, or ED setting is preferred

License / Certification :

• Current State ARNP license with prescriptive authority.
• CPR certification.
• BCLS required.

Pay Range

$62.54 - $85.46 / hour
