Program Manager I

Job Title

BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager I to join our dynamic team at Holston Army Ammunition Plant (HSAAP) in Kingsport, TN.

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives, and complex facility development and construction. Responsibilities :

• Lead a cross functional project team of project management, engineers, contracting, finance and operations professionals to successfully deliver large scale (>

$100M) highly complex Capital Investment projects on time, and within budget.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $106654 - $181311 Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
