The UW Medical Center-Eastside Clinics-Bellevue has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2. The work schedule is Mondays through Fridays (100%FTE) with days from 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm. UW Medicine Eastside Specialty Center offers world-class services delivered by expert UW Medicine physicians and providers. Located conveniently near you in North Bellevue, with easy access to I-405 and 520, we added more specialties for a growing Eastside community. Services available at the Eastside Specialty Center include allergy and immunology, audiology, dermatology, ear, nose & throat care, general surgery, hepatology (liver), otolaryngology [ENT] - head and neck surgery, physical therapy, radiology and imaging, rheumatology (connective tissue disease), and urogynecology and urology. Primary job responsibilities include reception and discharge activities, scheduling appointments, coordinating care with other services, checking-in patients, providing initial triage, coordinating the referral process, coordinating medical records, obtaining and verifying registration information / insurance, processing charge documents, collection of time-of-service payments, and performing other necessary activities to maintain clinic operations.
Requirements include high school graduation or equivalent and one year of experience in a health care setting or two years of general office experience or equivalent education / experience.

Compensation, benefits and position details are as follows : Pay range minimum is $43,236.00 annual and pay range maximum is $59,976.00 annual.
