Toyota Motor North America Manufacturing Digital Transformation department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Business Operations Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support to leadership and cross-functional teams by managing key operational processes, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day business activities, and enabling data-driven decision making.
Reporting to the Strategy & Planning Manager, the person in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Travel & Expense Management Coordinate business travel logistics, process and reconcile expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Calendar & Scheduling Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and support preparation for key business events.
- KPI & Data Management Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational performance and business reviews.
- Data Collection & Reporting Maintain accurate business data, develop dashboards, and provide insights to leadership for strategic and operational planning.
- Communications Support Draft internal and external communications, presentations, and updates to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
- Marketing & Engagement Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and communication initiatives to promote business priorities.
- Operations Support Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, track deliverables, and ensure operational excellence.
- Build relationships with Production Engineering, Manufacturing Business Operations and One Tech (IT) departments to understand their business priorities.
- Collaborate and maintain the business annual plan of Manufacturing Detail Transformation.
- Engage in travel (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada and / or Mexico North America Manufacturing Centers and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, Mexico.
- Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays
What You Bring
Associate's degree in office systems technology, Business Administration, information Systems or related field3 or more years of Toyota relevant experience either as a direct employee or through a contracting companyProficiency with Microsoft Office suite1 Year or more of experience with Microsoft Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)Experience in Analytics, with focus on data reporting and visualizationExperience in technical writing, process documentation and business process improvement3 Years or more of experience in SAP / Ariba systems and procurement processes2 Years or more of experience with project management tools2 Years or more of experience with SharePoint site managementExperience planning and managing events and cross-functional initiatives.Added Bonus If You Have
