Sr. Construction Manager

We're looking for a Sr. Construction Manager to be based in Southern CA area who is excited about working on projects supporting our clients' business and business practices. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on construction projects including ports and marine infrastructure projects. You will be expected to be able to work with clients and contractors with the knowledge of construction practices including contract administration, change management, safety, quality assurance, scheduling, estimating, price negotiations, and oversight of day-to-day activities. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you'll help our teams achieve our client's objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 15+ years of proven experience in Construction Management, experience with Ports and Marine projects is important.
• Knowledge of construction including material, methods, plans and specifications; associated safety requirements.
• Knowledge of current and upcoming relevant local, regional, state and federal regulations governing design, construction, contracting, environmental, and safety measures
• Experience with projects utilizing alternative project delivery.
• Experience supporting clients on multiple capital projects.
• Required to have and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
