Job descriptionProvide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the retail location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols both inside the retail premises and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activities within the retail environment. Document and report all incidents, observations, and / or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements. Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, providing support and guidance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed. Communicate with management, law enforcement, and / or emergency personnel as required during incidents or emergencies. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to clients and the public. An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

This position is a driving post and requires you to meet Allied Universals driver policy requirements.
