Responsibilities :
- Provides consultation regarding best practices of MTSS
- Assists with the development and implementation of district wide policies and procedures
- Provides consultation and intervention regarding behavior management, effective education and assessment of the behavioral needs of students with and without disabilities.
- Designs, implements and monitors behavior programs for students.
- Prepares written reports, as needed by the district to outside psychiatric professionals / community agencies re : behavioral concerns of students with or without disabilities
- Conducts classroom observations to support behavior related management & instruction
- Possesses the ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments and design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Serves as a member of the CSE for students with behavioral concerns
- Provides teacher-coaching & support related to classroom management.
- Collects & analyzes data to inform behavioral practices across the district.
- Other duties as assigned
