Express Service Advisor

Dealership : Garden Grove Hyundai Garden Grove Hyundai, part of Lithia & Driveway (LAD), is seeking a friendly, motivated Express Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. What You Will Do :

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive in the service drive.
• Write up express service and maintenance repair orders.
• Communicate clearly with customers about recommended services and wait times.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of express service work.
• Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Provide exceptional service and uphold Hyundai and Lithia & Driveway standards.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug-free workplace.
