The People Operations Coordinator is a vital member of our Human Resources team, responsible for supporting various people-related processes and programs. This role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR compliance, and data management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and other systems.
Coordinate scheduling for interviews, new hire orientations, and training sessions.
Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Help organize employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives.
Prepare HR-related reports and support audits as needed.
Address employee questions and escalate more complex issues to HR leadership.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related administrative roles.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP, Paycom, or similar).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Customer service mindset and team-oriented approach.
Hourly Pay Rate :
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour.
