A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to enhance live experiences through innovative design strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Understand the needs and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists
Create impactful strategies and oversee execution and launch processes
Improve component systems for consistent, high-quality user experiences

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in UX design

Strong craftsmanship and design skills

Understanding of technical and logistical challenges in live experiences

Innovative mindset with a focus on change and improvement

Availability for 4+ hours of overlap with a 9 : 30am-5 : 30pm East Coast workday
