As a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager here at Honeywell, you will be a key leader responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through strategic marketing initiatives. You will lead a team in developing and executing customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives. You will report directly to our Marketing Director and you'll work out of one of our BA Strategic Locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company significantly by leveraging your extensive experience in customer marketing to drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. Your ability to analyze market trends, identify customer insights, and deliver targeted campaigns will strengthen customer relationships and position the company as a leader in the industry.

Key responsibilities include :

• Lead a team of individual contributors across AMRS in developing and executing customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty in our key verticals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement.

The annual base salary range for this position in Connecticut and Minnesota is $142,000 $178,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
