We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to help us amplify our message and engage the community in our mission.
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our programs, raise awareness, and drive engagement. Your efforts will be essential in advancing our mission and supporting our fundraising and outreach goals.
Responsibilities could include :
Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the center's programs, services, and events. Tailor strategies to target various audiences, including donors, community partners, and the general public.
Content Creation : Create compelling content for a variety of platforms, including social media, the website, newsletters, and print materials. Ensure all content aligns with the organization's brand voice and mission.
Campaign Management : Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, email marketing, and community events. Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
Brand Management : Maintain and enhance the organization's brand presence and identity. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and materials.
Community Engagement : Build and nurture relationships with community partners, media outlets, and other stakeholders. Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and media appearances.
Fundraising Support : Collaborate with the development team to create marketing materials for fundraising campaigns and special events. Support the planning and execution of donor recognition and appreciation initiatives.
Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use data and insights to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts.
Website Management : Oversee the maintenance and update of the organization's website. Ensure that content is current, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
