Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Examine title reports from third-party search vendors for mortgage foreclosure transactions.
• Identify defendants in judicial mortgage foreclosure actions.
• Determine parties requiring notice in non-judicial foreclosure actions.
• Identify title defects, superior interests, and curative issues.
• Use online portals for in-house tax and title searches.
• Plot metes and bounds legal descriptions using online tools.
• Obtain aerial views of properties via online websites.
