A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist 2 to provide expert technical solutions and support for clinical chemistry testing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to customers by troubleshooting advanced assay and instrument-related issues
Manage case activities and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries while complying with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with team members to maintain technical knowledge and support continuous quality improvement
Required Qualifications
Degree or certification in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a BS in a STEM field with 2 years of related experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist 1 or Field Engineer
Strong service orientation and ability to create excellent customer service experiences
Good understanding of computer skills, particularly MS Office, and ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to work well under pressure and handle confidential information
