Commercial Construction Project Manager

Our client is a fast-growing, well-respected general contractor serving the greater Indianapolis, Indiana area, known for delivering standout commercial projects across a wide range of sectors including industrial, manufacturing and commercial. They are looking to add a Project Manager to their team that will lead complex, ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What You ll Be Doing :

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, & client coordination.
• Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, design teams, & field staff to ensure seamless communication & project execution.
• Develop, monitor, & adjust project schedules & budgets to keep projects on track & within scope.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, & cost control efforts.
• Review & interpret architectural / engineering plans, identifying potential constructability issues & ensuring design intent is achieved.
• Oversee & support project superintendents to maintain safety, quality, & productivity on the job site.
• Prepare & manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, & project documentation.
• Attend jobsite meetings, lead owner / architect / contractor (OAC) meetings, & resolve issues as they arise in real time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, building codes, & local / state regulations.
• Other assigned tasks.
