Risk Adjustment Auditing Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Risk Adjustment Auditing.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise team performance and conduct performance assessments

Review and approve time sheets and time off requests

Provide coaching and feedback to improve production and quality standards

Required Qualifications

AHIMA or AAPC certified credentials

Extensive knowledge of ICD-9 / 10

Minimum of 2 years coding experience

People leader experience managing a team

Familiarity with HCC coding and auditing
